Halloween and Football

Sienna had a crazy fun time for Halloween this year. Uncle Boo, Grandpa Tom and Angelia took her to Arizona to a Buckaneer NFL game. They all had a blast to say the very least. My great uncle Ed and alot of family live in Phoenix and they got to spend alot of time with them.
They were lucky to have some amazing tickets at the end zone and she and Angelia gave high fives to a few of the Buck players. She is still on cloud nine.
They painted there faces up (couldn't quite talk dad into it) and screamed till they no longer could even get a squeek out. I am glad that had so much fun and Boo has promised there will be more games to see this season.
Derrick and I stayed home and took Brogun trick-or- treating. Then Derrick got dressed up and went to help with the haunted cemetary here in Elsinore. He had the part of the homeless crazy man and wore a mullet wig which Brogun go the biggest kick out of.

Young womens camp
I have been so blessed to be called as the 2nd councilor in the Young Woman's. I have to admit that at first I was scared out of my mind. After the first week of being with these amazing girls, I am hoping that I never have another calling.
Elk hunt with the Loftus family..
Begging for a cookie..
Camping with Corey, Emily and Talia Loftus is always a blast. We went up above Glenwood at Bull Meadow. Corey had a cow elk tag and invited Derrick to come along and hunt with him. Corey was not quite at full movement with his leg and was not able to bend it enough to shift the 4-wheeler. So he and Derrick rigged up a pole to the shifter so he could do it by hand. But it gets better...his leg was in the way so they used a bungee cord to strap his leg to the side of the wheeler. I can only imagine what people thought as they passed these two and the mountain road.
Happy 60th Birthday Mommy
August 15Th mom celebrated her 60Th birthday. We had a big BBQ at mom and dads with lots of family and friends. As you can see by the pics, mom got a little teary eyed by some of her gifts. Dad bought her a grandmothers necklace with each grandchild's birthstone in a little ring.
"Due West"
One of our very own Richfield boys has really went on to make it "BIG" . Tim Gates a guy that Misty and I grew up with along with his sisters. Has moved to Nashville and formed a group called "Due West". And I must say, are amazing! We have not seen Tim in many years and were all super excited when we heard that he was coming to Richfield for the fair.
Moore Reunion 2010..
So, as you can see I am extremely behind on the family blog. Here it is already Jan2, 2011 and I have not posted my summer. One of my New Years resolutions is to be much better about staying on top of the blog. So I'll try and back up and remember all that we did. Thank goodness for pictures to jog the memory!
